Founder & CEO
Dameon Proctor
Dameon Proctor is the CEO and Founder of Sierra Kru, where he leads the company’s vision and growth strategy. With over 20 years of experience in systems engineering and executive program leadership, he has driven large-scale technical and business transformations across the defense, technology, and government sectors.
Through Sierra Kru’s CEO Operating System, Dameon helps CEOs and executive teams scale with clarity by blending systems engineering precision with business agility. A former leader at Northrop Grumman and Booz Allen Hamilton, he has managed programs exceeding $500 million while delivering measurable growth and performance improvement.
Dameon holds an MBA with Finance Concentration from Johns Hopkins University, an M.S. from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.

Falecia Stuckey
Falecia Stuckey is Director of Project Management for Sierra Kru. She is a Program Management leader with over 25 years of experience guiding organizations through complex transformations and mission-critical initiatives. She helps executive teams align strategy with execution, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable outcomes that drive lasting results.
Falecia brings proven expertise in project governance, organizational change, and process improvement across federal, state, and commercial sectors, ensuring teams perform at their best while maintaining focus on quality, efficiency, and impact.
Her educational achievements include: B.S. in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University.

Kevin Hoskins
Mr. Kevin Hoskins has been serving in the government contract industry for over 30 years in positions including Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance. He is highly skilled in the development and implementation of profitable systems for government contractors. Areas of expertise include leadership, financial management, contract management, strategic planning, operations, P&L management, capital cash management, forecasting, auditing process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, accounting, policies/procedures, regulatory compliance and GAAP.
