Dameon D. Proctor
Dameon Proctor has spent more than two decades at the intersection of technology, operations, strategy, and execution. Engineering discipline, management consulting, enterprise operations, and mission-critical program leadership inform his approach to business transformation, intelligent systems, and AI.
At Northrop Grumman, his responsibilities spanned systems engineering and operational leadership within an approximately $200 million business unit, providing operational governance across teams, processes, execution, and a portfolio of contracts. Management consulting experience at Booz Allen Hamilton added a formal consulting perspective and client-facing problem solving.
Dameon was brought in to help stabilize and lead a mission-critical $90 million federal IT program, with direct responsibility for program performance, delivery, execution, and financial accountability. The assignment demanded steady leadership through federal IT complexity, with consequential outcomes at stake.
That combination of consulting perspective and operator experience shapes Sierra Kru today: understand the constraint, redesign how work happens, strengthen execution, and apply intelligent systems and AI where they create meaningful leverage.
