This policy applies to Sierra Kru’s public website and related website-based tools, including the AI Readiness Assessment and the Capacity & AI Value Calculator. It does not replace any privacy, confidentiality, data-processing, security, or other terms contained in a separate contract, proposal, statement of work, or other agreement between Sierra Kru and a client.

We do not use the AI Readiness Assessment or Capacity & AI Value Calculator to make employment, credit, lending, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal, or other high-impact decisions about individuals.

3. AI Readiness Assessment

The AI Readiness Assessment collects business-related responses concerning areas such as strategy, workflows, data, technology, people, governance, and execution.

The assessment uses predetermined scoring and recommendation logic to generate a directional readiness profile. It is not intended to be an audit, certification, legal opinion, regulatory or compliance determination, security assessment, or guarantee of business outcomes.

We may retain assessment responses, scores, and related contact information in our website, customer relationship management, or data systems so we can provide results, respond to inquiries, improve our services, and understand the needs of organizations that engage with Sierra Kru.

4. Capacity & AI Value Calculator

The Capacity & AI Value Calculator may collect information such as:

  • Workflow or process name
  • Number of people involved
  • Estimated hours spent on the workflow
  • Estimated loaded labor cost
  • Estimated percentage of work that may be recoverable
  • Estimated investment amount, if provided
  • Contact and organization information

The calculator uses predetermined formulas based on the assumptions you provide. Calculator outputs are directional estimates only and are not guarantees of savings, return on investment, staffing reductions, revenue increases, or financial performance.

We may retain calculator inputs, results, and related contact information to provide the requested estimate, respond to inquiries, improve our services, and understand potential business transformation opportunities.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Enable core website functionality
  • Maintain security and session information
  • Remember preferences
  • Understand website performance and usage
  • Support analytics
  • Support other features that may be enabled on the site

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be used only after you provide the required consent.

6. Online Tracking and Privacy Signals

Some browsers and devices transmit “Do Not Track” or other privacy-preference signals. There is not a single universally accepted standard for responding to all such signals.

Sierra Kru responds to legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law and where supported by our website technology.

Submitting a contact form, assessment, or calculator does not by itself mean that you have consented to receive promotional text messages or other marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

We determine retention periods based on:

  • The purpose for which the information was collected

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to websites, booking systems, social media platforms, or other services that are operated by third parties.

Sierra Kru is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those providers before submitting information.

13. International Data Processing

Some website and technology service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live.

When required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers of personal information.

14. Children’s Privacy
